AEJI recommendation
On line event on the occasion of COP26 : Climate and Migration in Euro-Med and around the world

Event' title: "Contemporary Understanding of Migration and Climate Crisis in the Mediterranean region-What can be learned in a geographical, cultural, historical and political perspective from processes around the world"

On the occasion of COP26 to be held these days in Glasgow, the meeting's purpose is to continue the learning process and getting to know organizations, researchers and practitioners working in areas related to climate and migration, with a broad prism of economic crisis, workers' rights, collaborations of civil society organizations and stakeholders and more.

The main part of the meeting is the dual crisis of climate and migration, based on personal experience, knowledge, local perspective.

  •  learning from cases around the world.
  • We all know that these crises - climate and migration - do not recognize political boundaries, and the influx of refugees from the Far East or from Africa or Middle East should be integral part of any strategy and action plans for the Euro-Med region.

Looking for interesting event
