Special Discussion in the Knesset - "Development of women's employment sources within the framework of local environmental initiatives"

The discussion on "Development of women's employment sources within the framework of local environmental initiatives" will be held at the Knesset, 5th June 2018, on the occasion of the World Environmet Day 2018, in the Committee for Women Status and Gender Equality chaired by MK Aida Thuma-Saliman. 

Thediscussion is intiative of The Association of Environmental Justice in Israel (AEJI).  Our proposal is to hold special meeting and to  focus on the Development of women's employment sources within the framework of local environmental initiatives.

Following this first discussion in the framework of the committee. it will be possible to develop an outline for a national work plan for Arab and peripheral communities for women's and environmental initiatives.
